All our Pathways to Adulthood Programme learners have the opportunity to work with external partner employers as part of their Study Programmes. They make a valuable contribution to the operations of these employers, supported by their Learning Support Assistants. Recent external work experience placements include
- Procter and Gamble, Skelmersdale – Staff Shop
- Moorside County Primary School – School Gardens
- Don Orione Care Home, Roby Mill – Dining Rooms and Residents Lounge
These placements enable learners to further develop and demonstrate their skills and helps them to decide about future employment plans.
