Learners work in our kitchen and cafe serving clients, staff and members of the public. Our clients make delicious dishes and cakes which will be sold at Midstream and sometimes taken home to share. There are lots of opportunities to develop English, Maths, catering and hospitality skills such as measuring ingredients, following recipes, keeping work areas tidy and serving customers.
